Birmingham’s | RSS categorizes each feed based on the topic(s) a blog covers. Categories presently in place are Artistic, Business, Family, Food, News, Social Media, Special Interest and Tech. As more blogs are discovered, more categories will be applied as needed.
I’m pleased to announce that Birmingham’s | RSS will now offer affordable advertising on the website. The types of ads are described below:
Banner Ads:
Banner ads can be run in the sidebar of the site on non-RSS feed pages, in the footer (which will show on all pages), and also in-between rows of applicable RSS feed pages. By applicable, this mean pages that have 3 or more rows of RSS feeds.
Ad placement will be done with a random rotation in the event there are multiple ads running of the same size. In the case of no other ads running of similar size, an ad may run in a slot solo. More information on this can be obtained by emailing the address below.
Banner Ad Sizes:
The following industry standard ads will be accepted at this time:
Leaderboard - 728x90 (header only)
Full Banner – 468x60 (in-between RSS headlines)
Vertical Banner – 120x240 (footer only)
Medium Rectangle - 300 x 250 (sidebar only)
Button Ads - 125 x 125 (sidebar and footer)
